One user mentioned that to eliminate buzzing, the truss rod must be loosened a bit, but it is an easy fix with a 1/4" hex tool. The strings need to be stretched during break-in and go a little flat if not played for a few days but tunes up easily and remains so while playing. The ukulele has no battery or directions, but the electronics, tuner, and pick-up work well. One user was disappointed in the quality of their second instrument as they had to spend extra money on repair. The sound is a good volume and has really great tone. The ukulele feels strong, not cheaply made or anything. The first two strings are metal ones, and then the other two are plastic.
