Xentec HID Kits XT35WEPESLIMBLSTX2 Editorial Review
The Xentec 55W EP Slim HID Ballast pack of 2 is a great choice for those who are looking to upgrade their vehicle's lighting system. These ballasts are compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including but not limited to the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS, 2011 Ford Edge, 2012 Mazda 3, 2008 Honda Accord EX-L Sedan 2.5, Toyota Corolla 2009, Dodge Grand Caravan 2012, and Honda Civic 2012. They're easy to install and the slim design makes it easy to hide them anywhere. These ballasts are also powerful, giving more power to the bulb which results in a brighter output. However, some reviewers have noted that they're not powerful enough for safe driving and the brightness is terrible. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with flickering and a blue tint/glare. There have also been reports of a ballast shorting out and causing the headlight fuse to pop. However, some customers have had positive experiences with this product, noting that it worked with their car's distribution computer and that previous ballasts lasted for years. Overall, the Xentec 55W EP Slim HID Ballast pack of 2 is a good option for those looking to upgrade their vehicle's lighting system, but be aware of the issues some customers have reported.
