47" Wood Handle No. 1 Pony Irrigating Round Point Shovels

The Ames True Temper 1810500 Regular 3-Tine Bent Handle Hay Fork has received a mixed reception from customers, showing a blend of appreciation for its functional design alongside some criticism regarding its materials and branding. Many users have found the pitchfork to be effective for its intended purpose, particularly in handling loose hay and unwrapping silage bales. With over six decades of experience, one user lauded it as everything a hay fork should be, praising its strength and lightweight design. However, there are notable complaints about the product’s description versus its actual specifications. Some customers pointed out that the description implies a product made in the USA by Ames, while in reality, it is a True Temper Tru Pro pitchfork produced in Mexico. This discrepancy contributed to disappointment amongst buyers expecting a more traditional American-made tool. Additionally, there were comments about the handle's material; while advertised as wooden, it turned out to be fiberglass, with some users finding the handle rough and requiring additional treatment like sanding and oiling. Despite these setbacks, the pitchfork is generally regarded as a solid tool for agricultural tasks, particularly for the price. Users appreciate its ease of use, lightness, and effectiveness in various hay-related activities, suggesting that while it may not meet all expectations, it still serves its basic function well. **
