Answer: I wouldn’t have thought so. The inside of the pot has discoloured and gone pretty funky just from watering my plants even though I don’t let water actually sit in the pot. Plus you’d have to have really tiny hands. -

Answer: I have had mine for a few months and it looks like a chrome finish but not sure what base metal it is made from. -

Does this tarnish and need cleaning?
Answer: No, only ever gets a quick dry dust, has been in living room, hallway & kitchen. Never in bathroom though, not sure how it would fair in steam from shower/bath. Super item, much admired. -

Answer: I would say there is no reason why you can’t use it outside but it will deteriorate over time, but it is designed more for use inside as part of a sideboard/ table type display. -
