EQUALIZER Hitch Mounts 90024500 Editorial Review
The Equal-i-zer 90024500 Adjustable Shank is a heavy-duty and well-made hitch shank designed to provide extra length to allow for the opening of the tailgate while the travel trailer is hooked up for towing. The shank has an 18" length, a 3" drop, and a 7" rise, and it is compatible with several hitch heads and balls. The shank has adjustment holes closer to the center line, allowing for better control of ball height, and preventing the tailgate from making contact with the trailer jack. Customers who've used the product can attest to its effectiveness. They've reported that it is the perfect size for their needs, and it allows them to open the tailgate fully with the trailer attached. Moreover, it helped solve the problem of the tailgate hitting the trailer jack. Some customers mentioned that it is heavy and well-built, making it durable for long-term use.
