The product does not require a monthly fee and up to two locks can be assigned to each WiFi adapter. While some users have had difficulty with the initial set up, said that the documentation and instructions are somewhat lacking, and found it frustrating to have to rely on a manufacturer cloud service and have to make a login and account for this device, it’s overall good once properly installed. One user found that the adapter does work with Netgear WAX610 mesh system running dual-band SSID broadcasting. However, another user reported that this product is a bit pricey for something that only locks and unlocks your door from your phone, and believes that Schlage would be better served bundling it all together so buyers know what additional purchases are necessary to obtain the remote capabilities.
