The shoes fit well for both men and women, and the sizing charts indicate that "s" stands for narrow and "m" stands for regular. The Kisumu 3S comes in both women's and men's sizes, and they are suitable for people with diabetes feet. However, the quality of the shoes is not what it used to be before, and follow-up service is non-existent. Some customers had issues with the rear leather strap breaking, but others who had worn Kisumu shoes 1 and 2 for several years did not have such problems. The color of the shoe changes due to wear and tear, but the shoe is still comfortable to walk in. Customers like the ability to adjust the width of the shoe, and several customers have purchased multiple pairs of these sandals over the years.
