Only the events take place today in a coffeehouse called Thunder & Shadows, located on an obscure street of an obscure city. The heroes are Ekrem, Mustafa, Sezer, İsmet, Masis and İkbal.Brother, if you let me, I will tell you. I mean, I thought like this at first, wouldn't it look very stylish if a lady worked in the living room? Then I said, of course something wonderful will happen. Then this friend came to my mind. I thought a black lady would suit Thunder & Shadows better, who is very respectful of all ethnic structures and beliefs.This story, which flows around pathetic characters in the most ridiculous place in the world, terrifies us from laughing and invites us to look honestly at our microscopic lives.At least my conscience is clear? Did I at least do the right thing? That's not enough, is it? Then, would anyone in my place do the same thing? How bad it is that one cannot agree with oneself.You will find very familiar the drama of people who spend all their energy doing what is good and right, but who escape into extremes and go completely crazy and eventually pour sewers into each other.I was herding Mithat brother's feelings like a shepherd. It was as if the troubles that woke him up early were my precious sheep. I was playing the pipe to his concerns about his sister. If my tongue touched a subject that would make me very sad, I would immediately send the sneaky dog inside me. I was both saving him and my own doghood. Show more
